Description Escape to Italy without leaving Seattle for an evening to master the the art of making pasta. Follow the chef instructor as you learn to use a pasta machine to roll out the dough that you'll use to make and cut beautiful Pappardelle out of rustic noodles. Your chef instructor will demonstrate how to make a traditional Italian Pomodoro (Ragu) sauce and top it all off with fresh mozarella.
